Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any purchases. All sales are final. We recommend carefully reviewing product details, sizing charts, and other relevant information before completing your order. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we'll be happy to assist you in resolving the issue.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on whether your item is a pre-made product or a pre-order product. Here's what you can expect:

Pre-made items:

These are products that are in stock and ready to ship. Once your order is processed, it will typically ship within 1-5 business days, delivery times depend on your location.

Pre-order items:

Pre-order items are products that are currently not in stock but will be available soon. Shipping for these items will occur once the item is available and ready to ship. Pre-order shipping times will be clearly indicated on the product page. Typically, pre-order items ship within 6-10 weeks from the order date, depending on the expected restock date.

You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped, whether its for a pre-made or pre-order item.

Are tariffs and imports covered in the shipping cost?

Tariffs, taxes, and import duties are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. These charges vary depending on your country's regulations. Please check with your local customs office for more information on any additional fees that may apply.

            For USA customers, duties and taxes will be included in the shipping price so there will be no further                                  payments needed after checkout. 

Can i make modifications to my order?

Once we have fulfilled your order, we are unable to modify or adjust your order, including if you have provided a misspelled shipping address. If you have provided incorrect shipping details or have ordered the wrong size at checkout then please email Info@Disrupttclothing.com
